1. all items are onhand and official unless stated.
2. make sure you check the picture and video condition of the photocard before claiming. however, you are free to ask for more videos/pictures if you want.
3. order confirmation will be sent upon claiming.

1. buyers should settle the payment within the given dop.
2. failure to pay will cost β±30.00 per day, dop can be extended for 5 days.
3. additional β±15-30 for packaging fee depending on the items claimed (standard packaging: sleeves, toploader, cardboard, and bubble mailer).
| for cancellation! |
1. strictly no cancellation of orders.
2. failure to pay on the given dop = cancellation unless the reason is valid.
3. in case of cancellation, you need to pay 50% of the item's price or do pasalo slot.
4. bogus buyers and joy reservers will be posted and blacklisted.

1. refunds will be accommodated only if damage/s is/are within my responsibility.
2. sending of a raw unboxing video is needed for the refund.
